Calendar Go is like having a Personal Life PA in your pocket. It stays across all emails from your schools creating new events from emails and PDF newsletters and tracking changes to existing ones, seamlessly syncing to your Microsoft or Google calendar according to your year group and event type preferences.
How do I extract events from newsletters and PDFs?
Simply upload any flyer, PDF or plain text containing event information. Calendar Go uses AI to automatically identify and extract event details including dates, times, locations and descriptions. You can review and edit the events before adding them to your calendar.
Can I subscribe to multiple schools?
Yes! You can subscribe to multiple schools and organisations for updates. Calendar Go will auto-sync events that match your preferences, such as specific year groups or event types you're interested in.
How do push notifications work?
Push notifications remind you of upcoming events or alert you to last minute changes of plan. You can customise your notification preferences to receive alerts for imminent events (within 48 hours) and/or when new events are published.
Can I sync to both work and personal calendars?
Calendar Go supports syncing to both Microsoft and Google calendars, perfect for managing work and personal life. You can also set privacy options for work calendars - for example, keeping school events set to private so colleagues don't see the details.
What is Newsletter Chat?
Newsletter Chat is an AI-powered feature that lets you ask questions about your school newsletters. Get instant answers to questions like "When is Christmas Jumper day again?" or "What time does sports day start?" without having to search through multiple documents.
Can I see where event information came from?
Yes! Our Source Viewing feature shows you the highlighted section of any PDF newsletter that mentions the event you're looking at. This lets you verify details and access additional context directly from the original source material.
What areas are covered for local events?
You can review events happening in and around your local area. Currently this works for Hertfordshire, UK and we are actively expanding to cover more regions. Contact us if you'd like to see Calendar Go in your area!
How do I manage email notifications?
You can control email and push notification preferences separately. Choose to receive email summaries of changes made or new additions to your calendars, and customise how often you're notified about upcoming or new events.
